Number of Pay From Days:
This optional value determines the Pay From Date on a Payment Process Request that will created from Template. It represent the number of days added to today's pay run date. This Number added to the Pay Run Date to determine the Start Date for which schedule payments of invoices will be selected.
Additional Pay Through Days:
This mandatory value determines the Pay Through Date "To Date" on a Payment Process Request that will created from Template. It represent the number of days added to today's pay run date. This Number added to the Pay Run Date to determine the Pay Through Date "To Date" for which schedule payments of invoices will be selected.

After determining the Start Date and To Date "Pay Through Date", Scheduled Payment Selection Report will select any Schedule Payments of Invoices which has a Due Date between the Start Date and the Pay Through Date.
Note: The Schedule Payments will be selected are exist on the "Schedule Payments" tab on the Invoice Workbench and the Due Date will be compared is the Due Date of these Schedule Payments.
Section 4: Example to understand the meaning of the the two fields "Number of Pay From Days" and "Additional Pay Through Days"
Let us take an example to strongly understand the meaning of the two fields "Number of Pay From Days" and "Additional Pay Through Days"
- Create two AP Invoices in the Invoice Workbench.
- The first Invoice #700101. Invoice Amount = 100,000 USD and it have two Schedule Payments. First Schedule Payment Due Date = 11-MAR-2013 with amount 20,000 USD and the second Schedule Payment Due Date = 06-APR-2013 with amount 80,000 USD.
- The second invoice #700102. Invoice Amount = 100,000 USD and it have two Schedule Payments. First Schedule Payment Due Date = 13-MAR-2013 with amount 10,000 USD and the second Schedule Payment Due Date = 06-APR-2013 with amount 90,000 USD.
- Create Payment Process Request Template have the Number of Pay From Days = 3 and Additional Pay Through Days = 8
- Supposed the Run Date is 7-MAR-2013, the date when you submit the PPR.
- Pay From Date "Start Date" = Run Date + Number of Pay From Days = 7-MAR-2013 + 3 = 10-MAR-2013, so the Pay From Date will be 10-MAR-2013 when running the PPR.
- Pay Through Date "To Date" = Run Date + Additional Pay Through Days = 7-MAR-2013 + 8 = 15-MAR-2013, so the Pay Through Date will be 15-MAR-2013 when running the PPR.
- Scheduled Payment Selection Report will select any schedule payment has a Due Date between Start Date "10-MAR-2013" and Pay Through Date "15-MAR-2013"
- So we expect the Schedule Payment of amount 20,000 USD of Invoice #700101 and the Schedule Payment of amount 10,000 USD of Invoice #700102 only will be selected for any PPR that will be submitted depending on this PPR Template. Because the Due Date of these Schedule Payments between the Pay From Date and Pay Through Date.
